b) We accept no liability for any loss or damages as a result of errors or omissions contained in this website.
c) We cannot guarantee the website will have no interruptions and we cannot accept that the use of the website or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to your property including loss of data or virus infections.

This website or any part thereof may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited without our express written consent.

Security Information
At Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd we take security very seriously and treat the safety of your credit card details with the utmost importance. Your web browser will go into 'secure mode' as soon as you click to go into the checkout section before you enter any personal or payment details.

Being in 'secure mode', means that all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure. As an additional security measure, no credit card details are stored once your order has been processed.

The privacy of all our customers is extremely important to us. Therefore no personal information is sold, traded or given to any other company.

However, once you proceed to register, personal information about yourself will be required. Please note that because of the nature of the Internet, we cannot fully guarantee security and therefore should be aware that there are always small security risks in providing personal information on line. Once registered, personal information will be asked for such as your full name, address details of your credit card, telephone number and email address. This enables us to process your order and keep you advised of your order status.

Order Confirmation.
We will validate your card details before your order can be accepted. Once validated, we will send order confirmation to the email address you have supplied to us. No phone orders will be accepted unless valid account details and email address are provided.

Delivery.
Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. Most deliveries can be made within 14 days but allow up to 28 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or shortly thereafter with in 3 days. Your order will be shipped by Interlink.

Pricing and Payment.
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation, with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of placing your order. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Master card, and Switch.

Other methods of payment are available such as cheque, in which case you should print out a completed order form and telephone or post it with the correct payment within 7 days.
Cookies are used to keep track of the content of your shopping basket and expire at the end of your session.

All goods will remain the property of the Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd until paid in full. Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend specifications or dimensions without prior notice.

 

Security and Clearing.
All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. That is to say that all your credit card information is encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorisation.

Refunds and Exchanges.
If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, please telephone us and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
In respect of goods the subject of any warranty or guarantee to the customer that such goods will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship for a period of one year. Under this warranty Springer Cottage Gun Slips Ltd will, at its option, either repair or give a replacement of equivalent quality or issue credit to the customer for any goods found to be defective because of faulty maintenance by Springer Cottage Gunslips or poor workmanship provided that

i) The company is notified in writing within 7 days of the customer first discovering any such defects.
ii) The goods have been used in an appropriate manner and/or as prescribed in the operating instructions (if any)
iii) The defective goods are returned to Springer Cottage Guslips Ltd at the customers expense
iv) Examination by Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd of such goods discloses its satisfaction that such defects exist and have not been caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage installation or handling or by repair or alteration not effected by Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd
v) The goods not having been modified or repaired otherwise than by Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd or otherwise interfered with and
vi) The Customer shall pay to Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd the cost (as certified by Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd) of any examination of such goods as a result of which Springer Cottage Gunslips denies liability

Changed your mind? CALL ASAP
If you change your mind before we deliver your order, we will be happy to give you a full refund.  However, if you change your mind after delivery we will deduct a £10 handling charge for taking your order back. Refunds will only be processed once the items have been collected. The time limit for returns is 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Jurisdiction
The products and services offered on the Springer Cottage Gunslips Ltd website are sold for use within the United Kingdom. Use of this website shall be governed by the English Law and will be subject to jurisdiction of the English courts.
